As a heat exchanger, the ambient air heated vaporizer is used to heat low-temperature liquid or liquefied gas to vaporize it to a temperature not lower than the design temperature. The inlet and outlet ends of the ambient air vaporizers are connected by flanges or threads, and the installation and disassembly are simple and convenient. The air ambient vaporizer can be applied to a variety of working media; such as liquid oxygen, liquid argon, liquid nitrogen, liquid carbon dioxide, LNG, LPG and other cryogenic liquids or liquefied gases.
SCHEELE ambient air heated vaporizers use star-shaped aluminum fin tubes with high heat exchange rates as the main body of heat exchange to realize heat energy transfer between air and working medium. Intermediate high-pressure air bath carburetor pressure piping and finned tubes using special drawing expanding composite technology, greatly reducing the thermal resistance coefficient, and improve the heat transfer efficiency. The star-shaped aluminum finned tubes are connected by a central connecting piece, which has a stable structure and a beautiful appearance. In the working process, no external energy is required, energy saving and environmental protection.
